We incorporate social responsibility into everything we do. We promote respect for the different cultures and beliefs of the communities in which we operate. We have a number of different social responsibility strategies and programs based on inclusion, respect and assertive communication, in order to generate long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with all of our stakeholders.

Key pillars of our social responsibility strategy include:

  • Recruitment and development of talent pool from the local communities
  • Development of supply chains from the local communities
  • Engagement with local communities through events such as health days, and educating the local community in human rights and road safety

This proactive attitude towards social responsibility creates a very strong relationship with the local communities, and a positive and sustainable work environment which reduces the risk of possible operational disruptions.
